NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, You, the participant, agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, You agree to accept any and all decisions of Millionaire Mentor, Inc. as final and binding as it relates to this Sweepstake and its content.
SWEEPSTAKE ENTRY PERIOD: Each Sweepstake will have a starting date and time and ending date and time (the “Entry Period”) specified in the Instagram post advertising the Sweepstake. Sponsor must receive all entries before the Entry Period end time/date to be valid. Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for all Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstake is open internationally to persons who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state and country at time of entry. This Sweepstake has not been registered with any governmental authority and thus only residents of countries or states where this Sweepstake need not be registered with any governmental authority may participate. Residents of countries on the United States’ list of embargoed countries and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstake are prohibited from entering into this Sweepstake. Prizes will not be shipped internationally. Any winner located outside of the United States can receive the ARV (defined below) of the prize in Bitcoin or Ethereum. Employees of Millionaire Mentor, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER IN 5 STEPS: During the Entry Period, visit https://www.instagram.com/millmentor_giveaways/ (@millmentor_giveaways) and complete the following steps:
- Follow every account that @millmentor_giveaways is “Following”
- “Like” the designated post advertising the Sweepstake you wish to enter
- “Tag” five (5) other Instagram accounts, that are not Your own, in an Instagram comment on the designated post advertising the Sweepstake you wish to enter
- Comment “DONE” and the reason why you should win the prize in an Instagram comment on the designated post advertising the Sweepstake you wish to enter.

After completing all four (4) steps above, You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstake (the “Entry”). Entries must be received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If You are under 18 years of age or have not yet reached the legal age of majority in Your country or state of domicile, You are prohibited from entering the Sweepstake. This Sweepstake may be void in Your jurisdiction. It is Your responsibility to determine whether you may participate in this Sweepstake in Your jurisdiction.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Each Sweepstake will have one (1) prize available to be won. The ARV may vary based upon the value of the prize at any time during the Entry Period for the Sweepstake, but in no event shall the Sweepstake be for an ARV of over $5,000. The difference between the ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded.
RANDOM DRAWING: The winner will be selected within seven (7) days after the close of the Sweepstake in a random drawing by an Instagram comment picker tool, among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: The potential prize winner will be notified via an Instagram Story posted by @millmentor_giveaways with the winner’s Instagram account “tagged” in the Instagram Story, and will be sent a direct message to their Instagram account. The potential winner will be required to sign, have notarized (at his/her own expense), and return, within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, an IRS W-9 Form and, where permissible under applicable laws, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Releases“). These Releases will require the prize winner to furnish his/her Social Security Number and/or official form of government issued identification for the sole purpose of tax reporting and authentication as required by law. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, is non-compliant under these Official Rules, fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification, or otherwise fails to timely return the executed Releases, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. If an alternative winner is selected, they will be notified via Instagram direct message. The prize package will be awarded within approximately seven (7) days after an eligible winner is verified and has submitted the executed Releases. Millionaire Mentor, Inc. shall not have any liability should the prize get lost in transit. Millionaire Mentor, Inc. shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant or the specific individual entitled to receive the prize, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the Instagram account submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address associated with the Instagram account which email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are redeemable for the ARV of the prize in Bitcoin or Ethereum. Winners located outside the United States must redeem the ARV of the prize in Bitcoin or Ethereum as prizes will not be shipped internationally. Prizes are not assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if a prize is unavailable, in which case a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Substitute prizes will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the prize, whether or not specified herein, are the winner’s sole responsibility. Gift cards will be awarded electronically. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card usage is subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions, including expiration dates. All expenses related to the prize, including, but not limited to, taxes, incidentals, insurance, service charges, surcharges, or any other expense are the sole responsibility of prize winner. SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AFFILIATES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRIZE ANY OTHER ASPECT OF PRIZE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE. SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE FOREGOING RELEASES AND THIS RELEASE WILL BE ENFORCEABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED IN SUCH STATES OR COUNTRIES. Winner agrees to assist and cooperate with Sponsor in the facilitation of the prize delivery as required by local law. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. If prize winner is a citizen or resident of the United States of America, they will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS; RELEASE: By entering into this Sweepstake, entrants expressly agree to: (i) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with these Official Rules; (iii) release and hold Millionaire Mentor, Inc., as well as its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), harmless from and against any and all claims and liability resulting or arising, whether in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of the participation in the Sweepstake, the operation of the Sweepstake, the acceptance, misuse, nonuse, or use of any prize, or the use of the entrant’s name, biographical information, and/or likeness as permitted hereunder, including, but not limited to, any and all claims and liabilities (x) relating to any personal injury, death, or property damage or loss sustained by any entrant or any other person, and/or (y) based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or right of publicity, misappropriation or violation of any other personal or proprietary right; and (z) waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, attorney’s fees, and all other damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter. The Released Parties are further not responsible for and are hereby released of any and all liability in connection with: (a) incomplete, lost, late, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, garbled, delayed, or undelivered entries or referrals; (b) technical hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind; (c) lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit ability to participate; (d) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer, cell phone or electronic device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstake; or (e) any technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, or human or other error relating to or in connection with the Sweepstake, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstake, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstake-related materials. Millionaire Mentor, Inc. reserves the right to, in its sole discretion: (1) cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstake; (2) disqualify any implicated entrants (and their entries) if any fraud, virus, actions by entrants, technical or other error or problem, or any other occurrence corrupts or affects the administration, integrity, security, or proper play of the Sweepstake; and (3) to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstake, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Official Rules, or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering, all as determined by Millionaire Mentor, Inc. in its sole discretion. Winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes express, irrevocable permission to Millionaire Mentor, Inc. and its designees to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, biographical information, voice, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity worldwide in any and all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEBSITE OR AFFILIATED INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS AND INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKE, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND MILLIONAIRE MENTOR, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION; DISPUTES: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Sweepstake, (ii) awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation (collectively, the “Dispute”) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provision that would cause the application of any other State’s laws. Any Dispute shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Miami-Dade County, Florida, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of Millionaire Mentor, Inc. and the entrant bringing forth the Dispute or, if the parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The party initiating any Dispute hereunder shall be responsible for payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing, except that each party shall bear its own deposition, witness, expert, and attorney’s fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court. Entrant agrees that any Dispute shall be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration, without resort to any form of class action. Entrant further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstake, but in no event attorney’s fees; and, under no circumstances, will an entrant be entitled to awards for, and entrant hereby waives (a) all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and (b) any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Should any portion of this section be deemed void, unenforceable, or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of this Section and these Official Rules shall be given full effect as if they had not included such severed term. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE AND ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
