Elon Musk is generally regarded as being on the right track by experts. On the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council video interview, Elon Musk said that he didn’t want to raise hopes unnecessarily, but he was increasingly confident that neuro link would implant its first devices in human subjects by 2022. To him, FDA standards for brain implanting chips were too low, and therefore he was confident that the chips would help paraplegics and quadriplegics regain full body functionality.
